2) Post a picture of the cover page to your Instagram, tag @Fit_ChefTone and 3 friends; you can also be in the photo ;-)

4) You will receive a secret phrase from us, so you can take a before photo

5) Post twice a week and tag us, you can share your food, you exercising, post workout or let us join you on your walks

5b) Join the support call Tuesdays 8pm, and/or Thursdays 9am. Get your questions answered and lets celebrate your success!

6) At the end of the challenge you can send us your "before photo" to get the "after photo" phrase
